Initiated in February 2023, our monthly "Chanoyu Experience" invites everyone to explore the tradition of chanoyu, the Japanese tea ceremony. It welcomes not only beginners but also those newly studying under different schools like Omotesenke, Urasenke, or Edosenke, returnees, and those keen to practice extensively.

In a serene tearoom, we prepare and savor both thin and thick matcha tea. Conversations unfold around calligraphy scrolls, historical facets, chanoyu tools, seasonal flowers, sweets, and kimonos. Participants also learn about proper etiquette, such as handling tea bowls and drinking matcha.

Through these interactions, participants form new bonds, inspire each other, and share the joy of discovering chanoyu. This highlights the charm of our "Chanoyu Experience".
